Cream Cheese Brownie Pie

Cream Cheese Brownie Pie recipe

This recipe I got from Kraftfoods.com mine didn't turn out exactly like this but it tasted really good, so good luck...

Time prep: 30 min                                              Total: 1 hr 15 min

Servings total: 10 servings

What You Need

1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 14.1-oz. pkg.)
1 pkg.  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup  sugar
3 eggs, divided
6 squares  BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1/2 cup  butter
2/3 cup  sugar
1 tsp.  vanilla
1 cup  flour
1 square  BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
1 square  BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.
PREPARE crust as directed on package, using 9-inch pie plate. Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 egg in medium bowl until well blended; set aside.
MICROWAVE 6 squares semi-sweet chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add 2/3 cup sugar; mix well. Blend in remaining eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour until well blended. Spread half the brownie batter into crust. Carefully spread cream cheese mixture over brownie batter in crust; cover with remaining brownie batter.
BAKE 45 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Cool completely on wire rack. Drizzle with melted chocolates.

Save 100 calories and 7 g of fat per serving by preparing without the pie crust. Spray 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray. Prepare filling as directed; pour into pie plate. Bake at 350°F for 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs.

How to Soften Cream Cheese
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.
